本文描述了此轮油价上涨的特征和原因，从理论层面分析了高油价对宏观经济的作用机制并给出了过去研究在实证层面得到的主要结论，结合中国情况讨论了高油价对中国通货膨胀和产出水平的影响，最后给出了货币政策和能源价格政策方面的建议。
This paper concentrates on the character and causes of incising oil prices. Furthermore，the impacts of high oil price on the macroeconomics are also discussed in theory. And then the main conclusions in this research field are provided as a reference. Then we turn to study what means of the high oil price to the macroeconomics of China，especially in the aspects of inflation and output. Finally，the advice on the monetary policy and energy price is given.
