本文分析了2006～2008年全球粮食价格上涨的原因、影响及对策。导致本轮粮价上涨的原因是多方面的，本文运用供给与需求、计价货币、市场结构的理论框架进行了总结与剖析。鉴于导致本轮粮价上涨的某些冲击将会持续很长时间，因此未来的全球粮价虽然会有所下落，但依然保持在较高水平。为缓解本轮粮价上涨对世界经济的影响，需要净进口国、净出口国、发达国家与国际组织的密切合作。
This paper gives an overview of the roots，impacts and solutions in regard to the rise of global food price beginning in 2006. There have been various causes for the current price hike. This paper analyzes the issue using a theoretical framework covering various variables including demand and supply，denominated currency and market structure. We predict that because some forces behind the rise of global food price will persist for a long time，the future food price will remain at a high level. In order to mitigate the impacts of global food crisis on the world economy，there is a need of a closer cooperation among the major players including the net importers，the net exporters，developed countries and international organizations.
