When applying equitable principle to delimit maritime borderlines，socioeconomic factors have been usually referred to in the jurisprudence of ICJ and Permanent Court of Arbitration，including resources factors，economic factors，security factors and navigational factors.Resources factors are widely considered as relevant circumstances and can play roles in determining the final delimitation line.Economic factors are not regarded as relevant circumstances until now.Although security factors are observed as relevant circumstances，there is no case adjusting the line on the basis of this consideration.Finally，navigational factors would be given more considerations in the future practices.
