当前，我国城镇化进入加速期，2009年我国城镇化率为46.6%，这一增速比2008年略有回升。本文就中国城镇化问题提出了可行的政策建议：加快城镇化发展方式转变；城镇化重大政策需要突破；推动城镇化发展重心向中西部转移；城市群将成为城镇化的主体形态；稳定和调控房地产市场；依托高铁和信息时代的优势，推进区域一体化和城市网络化。
>At present，China’s urbanization entered the acceleration period.In 2009，urbanization rate in our country was 46.6%.Some feasible policy recommendations are given in this paper：First，to speed up and change the mode of urbanization；to make a breakthrough in crucial policies of urbanization；transfer the center of urbanization to central and western areas；urban agglomeration will become the main form of urbanization；to stable and control the real estate market；take advantages of high-speed railway and information age to promoting regional integration and urban network.
