就业问题关系到国计民生,关系到社会稳定。保证充分就业是我国政府面临的重要任务。为了促进就业,必须借鉴国外的立法经验,结合中国的本土性因素,构建适合中国国情的保障就业的法律体系。当前,要从四个方面入手配置法律资源,构建起效力等级有序的制度性体系,最终促进充分就业。
>Employment issues are related to people’s livelihood and the social stability.Ensuring full employment is an important task for the government.In order to promote employment,it is necessary to learn from foreign legislative experience,combined with the local factors in China to build a legal system to promote employment.To realize it,currently,we should allocate the legal resources from four aspects.Thus,we can build an orderly institutional effectiveness rating system and can promote the rate of employment fully.
