目前韩国的私教育盛行，导致学生课业负担加重，家庭经济负担增大，出现了严重的公教育危机。这一系列令人深思的私教育问题引起韩国政府的关注，韩国教育科学技术部在2010年的工作报告中表示，韩国政府将2011年定为“减少私教育费的元年”，积极推进提高公众教育水平的有关政策。本文通过对2010年韩国私教育的部分数据分析，查找问题的原因，剖析问题的危害，并对韩国政府针对此问题所采取的措施给予评价。
South Korea’s prevailing of private education results in students’ lesson burden，increases the family’s financial burden，and creates a serious crisis in public education. This series of thought-provoking private education caused the concern of national government. Korea Science and Technology Education Ministry’s work report in 2010 designated 2011 as“the first year to reduce private education expenses” and promoted some related policies on developing high level public education program. This paper gives a study of prevailing of private education by utilizing data analysis to find out the reason for some problems and makes comment on measures taken by the government of South Korea.
