The establishment of Baiji regime was closely related to Boji in Mahan.The people who established Baiji was indigenous people in the south of Korean peninsula instead of Fuyu people. During the period of its existence，Baiji has a close relationship with the northeast counties，such as Lelang，Daifang，and the national regime，such as Gaogouli，Xinluo and Mahan. The increasing of Baji’s territory was expended by the push and pull of the surrounding forces.
