“选择法国”峰会自2018年举办以来，已经成为法国向全球企业展现其投资吸引力和改革成就的重要渠道，峰会期间达成的外国投资项目数量逐年稳步上升。法国至今已连续5年成为欧洲最具吸引力的投资目的国，落地项目数量与投资创造的就业岗位领先于欧洲其他国家。自马克龙担任总统以来，法国不断出台重塑投资吸引力的举措，积极改善营商环境，降低企业税负和劳动力成本，借助绿色产业政策和创新政策成功引导外资进入重点领域，吸引外资政策取得较为理想的效果。但与此同时，法国对外资的监管审查不断收紧，在欧盟层面和国内层面均推动了外资审查政策的实施。这种对待外资的矛盾态度与法国商业模式转变以及强化经济主权的发展目标密不可分。
Since the inaugural “Choose France” Summit in 2018，the event has become a key platform for France to showcase its investment appeal to global enterprises. The number of foreign investment projects concluded during the summit has increased year by year. France has now ranked as the most attractive investment destination in Europe for five consecutive years，leading the continent in both the number of investment projects and jobs created. Since Emmanuel Macron assumed the presidency，France has continuously introduced measures to attract foreign investment，actively improving the business environment，reducing corporate tax burdens and labor costs. Through green industry policies and innovation strategies，France has successfully guided foreign capital into key sectors. At the same time，however，France has tightened its oversight of foreign investment，implementing screening mechanisms both at the EU level and domestically. This seemingly contradictory attitude toward foreign capital is closely linked to the transformation of the French economic model and the objective of safeguarding economic sovereignty.
