The global climate crisis is intensifying，with particularly severe impacts on Small Island Developing States（SIDS）. These nations，often constrained by limited resources，are at the forefront of climate change effects，facing grave challenges such as rising sea levels，extreme weather events，and ecosystem degradation. Despite their vulnerabilities，SIDS possess significant development potential，which can be realized through the establishment of appropriate financing mechanisms to support their sustainable development. Climate resilience financing is a critical component of this support，aiding SIDS in enhancing adaptive capacity，safeguarding economic development，and promoting long-term sustainability. This chapter will examine the current development status of SIDS in the context of climate change，the progress and challenges in climate resilience financing，and analyze innovative financing solutions. It will also propose policy recommendations and strategies for climate resilience financing in SIDS.
