The China International Import Expo is an important window for China to actively open up to the outside world and promote the construction of an open and inclusive world economic system. Under this window，more and more foreign exhibition groups and exhibitors regard China as an ideal investment destination，creating opportunities for China to expand the utilization of foreign investment and drive high-quality and full employment at a higher level. The transformation of exhibits into commodities promotes the expansion of labor demand through mechanisms such as expanding product market demand and stimulating quality consumption. Many representative exhibitors have already become important contributors to employment opportunities in China. With the CIIE as a medium mechanism，the expansion of foreign investment has driven the continuous creation of new jobs；The influx of new foreign investors into China and the spillover effects of the CIIE have amplified the employment driving capacity of the CIIE. Foreign invested enterprises have formed complementary chain effects and new quality productivity promotion effects on local enterprises at the industrial level，as well as demonstration effects on enterprise human resource management and guidance effects on human capital investment for workers at the micro level，which effectively drive and promote the improvement of employment quality for workers. We should fully seize the opportunities for improving the quality and expanding employment created by the CIIE，further improve the docking mechanism，optimize the structure and level of utilizing foreign investment，and promote high-quality and full employment.
