在逆全球化思潮抬头的背景下，进博会作为我国主动构建开放型世界经济的重要抓手，通过供需对接、技术外溢、制度创新与产业融合机制，对促进生产性服务业高质量发展产生了显著的促进作用。随着进博会的常态化举办，其对生产性服务业的辐射效应将进一步增强。然而，要充分释放进博会的潜力，需在功能定位、政策创新与区域协调等方面持续发力。既要强化其作为“全球服务贸易枢纽”的核心功能，也要通过制度改革与环境优化，将短期展会效应转化为长期发展动力。
Against the backdrop of the rise of anti globalization trends，the CIIE，as an important lever for China to actively build an open world economy，has played a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of productive service industries through supply and demand matching，technology spillover，institutional innovation，and industrial integration mechanisms. With the normalization of the CIIE，its radiation effect on the productive service industry will be further enhanced. However，to fully unleash the potential of the CIIE，continuous efforts are needed in functional positioning，policy innovation，and regional coordination. We need to strengthen its core function as a “global hub for trade in services” and transform short-term exhibition effects into long-term development drivers through institutional reform and environmental optimization.
