进博会作为全球首个以进口为主题的国家级展会，已成为中国推动服务贸易高质量发展的重要平台。通过制度创新、场景升级、规则引领与全球合作，进博会促进中国服务贸易数字化、绿色化和智能化转型，将为全球服务贸易发展提供“中国方案”。未来须进一步强化进博会的平台功能，通过优化进博会服务贸易展区功能与服务、强化进博会平台的服务贸易规则试验功能、构建“展览+产业+生态”的服务贸易全链条促进体系、健全服务贸易便利化政策与保障体系、完善区域协同与全球网络布局等，充分发挥进博会在推动服务贸易高质量发展中的重要作用，以期通过进博会这一重要平台，实现服务贸易的高水平开放和高质量发展。
As the world’s first state-level expo dedicated to imports，the China International Import Expo（CIIE）has become a key platform for China to advance high-quality development in trade in services. Through institutional innovation，scenario upgrading，norm-setting，and global cooperation，the CIIE has accelerated China’s transition toward digital，green，and intelligent trade in services and is providing a “China solution” for global trade in services. Going forward，the CIIE’s platform functions must be further strengthened：optimizing the trade-in-services exhibition zones，enhancing its rule-testing capacity，building an end-to-end facilitation system，streamlining trade-in-services facilitation policies and safeguards，and refining regional synergy and global network planning. These measures will fully tap the CIIE’s potential to foster high-quality development in trade in services，achieving high-standard opening-up and high-quality growth through this flagship platform.
