作为全球首个以进口为主题的国家级展会，进博会已连续成功举办七届，在全球经贸交流与合作中发挥了重要作用，并逐渐成为推动实体经济与数字经济深度融合（实数融合）的重要平台，为全球经济发展注入活力。本报告重点分析进博会如何通过链接国际创新资源、打造产业赋能平台、构建开放创新生态，为实数深度融合提供支撑；探讨在实数融合赋能下，进博会在推动服务贸易高质量发展，促进“一带一路”贸易高质量发展，促进首发经济发展、推动消费提质扩容，助力缩小城乡差距，积极推动企业“走出去”及助力进出口贸易实现良性循环等方面取得的成效；展望进博会在助力全球数字贸易基建发展、构建数字治理新范式等方面的前景。基于此，本报告可为进一步办好进博会、强化其在实数融合中的引领作用、推进高水平对外开放提供参考。
As the world’s first national-level exhibition dedicated to imports，the China International Import Expo（CIIE）has established itself as an indispensable platform for global economic and trade cooperation through seven successful editions. Evolving into a pivotal force driving the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy（“real-digital integration”），the CIIE continues to inject dynamic vitality into worldwide economic development. This paper examines how the CIIE fosters real-digital integration through three interconnected dimensions：its role in connecting global innovation resources，building industrial empowerment platforms，and creating open innovation ecosystems；its demonstrable impacts on advancing service trade quality，deepening Belt and Road trade cooperation，stimulating first-release economy and consumption potential，bridging urban-rural divides，facilitating enterprise globalization，and establishing sustainable import-export trade cycles；and its forward-looking contributions to developing digital trade infrastructure，cultivating new digital economic drivers，and pioneering innovative digital governance models for the intelligent-digital era. Through comprehensive analysis，this study provides valuable insights for enhancing the CIIE’s leadership in real-digital integration，strengthening its global influence，and advancing China’s high-quality opening-up strategy in the new development paradigm.
