南沙与澳门协同打造国际农业开放合作平台有良好的合作基础，但也存在重视不够，缺乏专业、深度的合作平台等现实短板。本报告建议南沙与澳门加强顶层设计，在广州（南沙）农业对外开放合作试验区建设框架内尽快搭建协同共建机制，并以“供澳菜篮子”提质工程为抓手，系统推进南沙名优农产品的品质提升和品牌建设，充分发挥南沙和澳门各自优势，创新探索农业对外开放合作的“南沙模式”。
There exists a solid foundation for cooperation between Nansha and Macao in jointly building an international agricultural cooperation platform. However，current efforts are hindered by insufficient attention and a lack of professional support structures. This report recommends that Nansha and Macao swiftly establish a collaborative co-construction mechanism within the framework of the Guangzhou（Nansha）Pilot Zone for Agricultural Opening-Up and Cooperation. Focusing on the enhancement of the “Food Basket for Macao” project as a key driver，the report proposes a systematic approach to improving the quality and branding of Nansha’s premium agricultural products. By leveraging their respective strengths，Nansha and Macao can accelerate innovative exploration and development of a “Nansha Model” for international agricultural cooperation.
