随着5G、VR/AR、大数据、人工智能等数字技术创新和发展，广州数字贸易迎来了机遇与挑战。近几年，在政策引导下，广州数字贸易发展迅速，已成为广州外贸增长的重要组成部分。广州在科学研究、科技创新、数字基础设施建设等方面具有坚实的基础，数字经济发展稳居第一梯队。然而，广州数字贸易发展也面临区域数字化发展不平衡、数据安全与隐私保护的合规成本增加、数字贸易专业人才供给不足和市场监管面临挑战等问题。对此，本文提出了促进各区域数字化平衡发展、构建开放包容的数字贸易环境、培育“引、育、留、用”全链条人才生态和建立敏捷高效的现代化监管框架等对策建议。
With the innovation and development of digital technologies such as 5G，VR/AR，big data，and artificial intelligence，Guangzhou’s digital trade has encountered both opportunities and challenges. In recent years，under policy guidance，Guangzhou’s digital trade has developed rapidly and has become an important part of the city’s foreign trade growth. Guangzhou has a solid foundation in scientific research，technological innovation，and digital infrastructure construction，and its digital economy ranks among the top echelons. However，the development of Guangzhou’s digital trade also faces problems such as unbalanced regional digital development，increased compliance costs for data security and privacy protection，insufficient supply of digital trade professionals，and challenges in market regulation. In response，suggestions have been put forward to promote balanced digital development across Guangzhou’s regions，build an open and inclusive digital trade environment，cultivate a full-chain talent ecosystem of “attracting，nurturing，retaining，and utilizing”，and establish an agile and efficient modern regulatory framework.
