Guangdong’s total foreign trade volume has ranked first in China for many years，among which comprehensive foreign trade service enterprises have played an important role. In the comprehensive foreign trade service industry of Guangdong，private enterprises account for over 80%，featuring high operational flexibility and strong market adaptability. The entire industry structure is characterized by diversified service types，distinct stratification of market entities，and technology-driven digital transformation，and enterprises are mainly distributed in the core area of the Pearl River Delta. At the same time，it features full industrial chain coverage and high integration，leading digital transformation nationwide，and being a highland of policy innovation and openness. It holds a leading position and competitive edge across the country. Through case analysis of different types of enterprises，it is found that Guangdong’s comprehensive foreign trade service enterprises are confronted with difficulties in operation，such as insufficient technology-driven capabilities in the industry，increased uncertainty in the international environment，uneven coverage of domestic regional services，and structural shortages of industry talents. Therefore，the comprehensive foreign trade service industry in Guangdong should build differentiated technical paths，promote the construction of regional collaborative platforms，establish alliances for the export of characteristic products，accelerate the cultivation of cross-border service compound talents，and strengthen the construction of the business environment to achieve further development.
