市场采购贸易是中国经海关认定的贸易方式创新形式。本文以“广州花都狮岭皮革皮具城”为例分析市场采购贸易方式的发展情况，在采用实地观察、深度访谈等方法收集资料，进行主题分析后，描述了狮岭皮革皮具城及其市场采购贸易方式的运行机制。研究发现，市场销售主体的经营理念及管理水平、信息及通信手段、产品研发及创新、市场运行秩序、采购商的资格及信誉、营商环境及政策措施等方面的问题，制约了狮岭皮革皮具城市场采购贸易的发展。要想改善狮岭皮革皮具城市场采购贸易方式，应当在增强政府服务意识和优化营商环境、促进企业转型升级以及加强公共环境的多方治理等方面采取对策。
Market procurement trade is an innovative form of trade mode recognized by China’s customs. This article takes “Guangzhou Huadu Shiling Leather City” as an example to analyze the development of market procurement trade mode. After collecting data through on-site investigation and interview records，conducting thematic analysis，the operation mechanism of Shiling Leather City and its market procurement trade mode was described. Research findings indicate that issues such as the business philosophy and management level of market sales entities，information and communication means，product research and development and innovation，market operation order，qualifications and credibility of purchasers，business environment and policy measures，etc.，have restricted the development of market procurement trade in Shiling Leather City. To improve the market procurement trade mode of Shiling Leather City，countermeasures should be taken in aspects such as enhancing the government’s service awareness and optimizing the business environment，promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises，and strengthening the multi-party governance of the public environment.
