在全球经济低迷的背景下，2023年越南交通通信行业呈现逆势增长势头。交通运输业注重基础设施升级改造，统筹国家交通网络建设，不断提升全网物流能力，加强交通安全秩序管理；信息通信业注重服务质量提升，加强核心技术自主研发，不断推动国家的数字化转型。越南党和国家高度重视交通通信行业的发展，出台循序渐进的中长期发展规划，通过完善相关领域法律法规框架，对发展过程中的新问题进行有效治理。
Against the backdrop of a global economic downturn，Vietnam’s transportation and communications industry showed a counter-cyclical growth momentum in 2023. The transportation industry focused on upgrading and renovating infrastructure，coordinating the construction of the national transportation network，continuously improving the logistics capabilities，and strengthening the management of traffic safety and order；the information and communications industry focused on improving service quality，strengthening independent research and development of core technologies，and continuously promoting the implementation of the national digital transformation plan. The Party and the country of Vietnam attached great importance to the development of the transportation and communications industry，introduced a gradual medium to long term development plan，and effectively governed new problems occurred in the development process by improving the legal and regulatory framework in related fields.
