In 2023，Vietnam made new progress in science and technology，education，culture，medical treatment and public health，as well as sports. In the field of science and technology，the pace of innovation，development，and application was accelerated，with significant achievements in high-tech，humanities and social sciences，as well as natural sciences. In the field of education，the fundamental and comprehensive reform tasks of education and training were kept promoting，and the quality of higher education，graduate education，and vocational education around the development of high-quality and high-skilled human resources was effectively improved. In the field of culture，by improving the operational efficiency of cultural institutions and the effectiveness of national cultural management，efforts were made to establish a digital cultural environment，as well as a healthy cultural market and cultural industry. In the field of medical treatment and public health，the digital transformation of medical care was actively promoted，the level of medical service guarantee and medical technology was further improved，the international health cooperation was continuously deepened and the vaccine assistance was received from many countries. In the field of sports，the Vietnamese sports delegation actively participated in international events and achieved outstanding results.
