本文聚焦广州东部中心青年群体的发展现状与需求。调研显示，青年在职业发展（薪酬待遇、晋升空间）、创业就业（创业活力激发、资源获取）、居住体验（居住成本、独立空间）、婚恋社交（意愿引导、兴趣社群）以及公共服务（文化休闲、通勤便利）等方面存在进一步提升的空间。立足共青团工作职能，本文提出搭建产教融合平台、构建安居支持网络、激活兴趣社交场景、链接文化惠民资源等具体行动建议，旨在协同各方力量，共同优化区域青年发展生态，为深化广州青年发展型城市建设提供实践参考。
This report focuses on the developmental status and needs of youth groups in the Eastern Center of Guangzhou. The survey shows that there is room for further improvement in youth’s career development（salary and promotion space），living and working conditions（housing costs，independent space），social integration（marriage willingness and social interaction，interest communities），entrepreneurial vitality（entrepreneurial willingness stimulation，resource acquisition），and public service experience（cultural leisure，convenient commuting）. Based on the functional responsibilities of the Communist Youth League，the report proposes specific action suggestions such as establishing industry-education integration platforms，developing housing support networks，activating interest-based social scenes，and integrating cultural benefit resources，aiming to coordinate the forces of all parties to jointly enhance the regional youth development ecosystem and provide practical references for deepening the construction of Guangzhou as a youth development-oriented city.
