志愿服务是新时代实践育人的重要载体，对青年成长具有重要意义。本文对广州青年志愿者成长状况进行调查，研究发现广州青年志愿者在文化认知方面的成长获得感是最强的，其次是价值观与心理方面，再次是社会融入与社会参与方面，志愿者在工作事业方面的成长获得感相对较弱。八成受访志愿者认为参与志愿服务对内心世界影响深远，增加了自身社会资本，能够更好地理解志愿精神，增强就业竞争力，给行为实践带来正向变化。针对广州青年志愿者成长中遇到的问题，本文建议从推动构建志愿者成长的支持体系、推动培育志愿者成长的社会环境、多维度为志愿者成长赋能、提升志愿者自我成长的内驱力等方面着手，促进青年志愿者成长。
Volunteer service as an important platform for practical education in the new era and plays a significant role in youth development. Analysis of the survey data regarding the growth status of Guangzhou youth volunteers shows that Guangzhou youth volunteers report the highest perceived in cultural cognition，followed by values and psychological psychological，and then social integration and social participation. Volunteers have relatively weak sense of growth gain in work and career. Over 80% of the surveyed volunteers believe that participating in volunteer service has brought positive changes in their behavioral practices. Participating in volunteer service has a far-reaching impact on the inner spiritual world of volunteers，which enhances their social capital，and improves their understanding the volunteer spirit，and enhancing their employability competitiveness. To address the challenges encountered in the growth of Guangzhou youth volunteers，the report suggests promoting the growth of young volunteers through the construction of a support system for volunteers’ growth，cultivating a social environment for volunteers’ growth，multidimensional empowerment through volunteer organizations，and strengthening volunteers’ intrinsic motivation for self-development.
