2023～2024年，老挝政府致力于进一步提高国家治理能力、法制能力，积极服务于经济复苏和社会稳定。通过制度优化、法律修订和推进公务员改革等，进一步完善了国内的发展环境，为疫情后提振老挝经济，保证社会健康发展发挥了积极作用。老挝国会积极出台新的经济政策、健全法制环境，为国内各项事业发展提供了动力。老挝人民革命党也通过强化党的组织建设、深化推进党的机制与制度改革、持续推进反腐败工作，以推进社会稳定发展。
In 2023，the Lao government is committed to further enhancing the country’s governance and rule of law capabilities，actively serving the economic recovery and social stability. By optimizing systems，revising laws，and pushing forward civil service reform，the domestic development environment has been further improved，playing a positive role in boosting the Lao economy and ensuring healthy social development after the pandemic. After the new prime minister took office，the establishment of economic policies and the improvement of the legal environment have provided positive impetus for the development of all sectors of the country. The Lao People’s Revolutionary Party has also advanced social stability by strengthening party organization and deepening the reform of party mechanism and system.
