The Village-Strengthening model，pioneered in Zhejiang represents an innovative and successful practice aimed at enhancing the self-sustaining capacity of collective village economies and promoting common prosperity. This paper examines Guangzhou’s efforts in advancing the “Village-Strengthening Company+” model by innovating organizational structures，enhancing endogenous capacity，transforming resources into assets，funds into equity，and farmers into shareholders—thus promoting a shift toward endogenous development. However，in the development process of “Village-Strengthening Company”，challenges remain—such as a reliance on administrative mobilization with insufficient enthusiasm from diverse stakeholders，and a “subsidy-driven” growth model that weakens self-sustaining capacity. It is therefore essential to strengthen government policy guidance，regulatory mechanisms，and human resource development to fully stimulate the participation of operating entities and continuously enhance the long-term sustainability and endogenous momentum of “Village-Strengthening Company”.
