近年来，广州国际航空枢纽建设取得一定成效，但与世界一流航空枢纽相比，还有一定的提升空间。本文介绍广州建设世界一流航空枢纽的背景，提出世界一流航空枢纽的衡量评价标准，分析广州建设世界一流航空枢纽存在航空运输规模亟须扩大、综合交通枢纽辐射能力不强、客货运中转能力弱、国际旅客比重低、航空服务质量亟须提高、世界一流航空企业缺乏等短板，提出加强航空基础设施建设、构建综合交通运输体系、提高机场中转能力、加强智慧航空枢纽机场建设、大力推动低空交通发展、持续优化航空资源配置、因地制宜发展临空经济等对策推进广州世界一流航空枢纽建设。
In recent years，Guangzhou has made notable progress in developing its international aviation hub，but gaps remain compared to world-class counterparts. This study outlines the background of Guangzhou’s efforts，introduces the evaluation criteria for world-class aviation hubs，and identifies key weaknesses：limited connectivity of its integrated transport network，weak transfer capacity for both passengers and cargo，low proportion of international travelers，and the absence of leading global aviation enterprises. To address these issues，the paper recommends：first，constructing a comprehensive multi-modal transportation system；second，enhancing the hub’s connectivity and transfer capacity；third，improving airport transit efficiency；fourth，elevating the international passenger experience；fifth，strengthening smart airport development；sixth，optimizing aviation resource allocation；and seventh，promoting coordinated development of airport-adjacent industries. These strategies aim to accelerate Guangzhou’s transformation into a world-class aviation hub.
