党的二十届三中全会明确提出发展通用航空和低空经济，显示国家正积极开拓低空经济新赛道。当前全国已有20多个省（区、市）将低空经济纳入政府工作报告，加快构建低空经济产业集聚创新发展生态已成为社会共识。然而，面对当前如火如荼的低空经济产业发展态势，广州应坚定而不盲目，推进特色发展而不千篇一律，坚持统筹而不蜂拥而上，加快精准形成低空经济竞争优势，推进广州低空经济高质量发展。
The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposes to “develop general aviation and the low-altitude economy，” indicating that China is actively exploring this new economic frontier. Currently，more than 20 provinces，municipalities，and autonomous regions have incorporated the low-altitude economy into their government work reports，and accelerating the development of an innovative and clustered industrial ecosystem for this sector has become a societal consensus. In light of the rapid growth of the national low-altitude economy，Guangzhou must advance with confidence but not blindly，pursue distinctive development rather than uniformity，and maintain strategic coordination without indiscriminate expansion. The city should swiftly build a competitive edge tailored to its strengths to promote the high-quality development of its low-altitude economy.
