深入实施职业教育“走出去”战略是新时期教育对外开放的发展重点。广州职教出海以服务区域的全方位产教融合共同体的建立、“文化+职业技能”的多功能交互输出模式的创新、职业教育标准推广的本土和国际的双重实践、复合型师资的精准培养等优势赋能区域国际产能合作。但基于广州市11所职业院校的调研数据与访谈结果发现，在职教出海发展的过程中，广州职业院校面临多重挑战，主要表现为：制度供给与职教出海实际需求不平衡，师资能力与师资培训不匹配，品牌优势与资源投入不对等。为此，广州职教出海应优化顶层设计，支撑职教出海项目提质升级；探索职教出海平台共享共建，增强资源服务能力；推进职教出海品牌建设，做强“文化+职业技能”品牌。
The comprehensive implementation of the “vocational education going global” strategy represents a key focus for educational opening-up in the new era. Guangzhou’s vocational education internationalization empowers regional international production capacity cooperation through distinctive advantages including：industry-education integration communities serving regional needs，a multifunctional export model combining “culture + vocational skills”，dual domestic and international practices in vocational education standard exports，and targeted cultivation of interdisciplinary faculty. However，based on research data and interviews from 11 vocational colleges in Guangzhou，multiple challenges have been identified in the internationalization process，primarily manifested as：imbalance between institutional supply and practical needs of global expansion，mismatch between faculty capabilities and training requirements，and disparity between brand advantages and resource investment. To address these issues，Guangzhou should optimize top-level design to enhance project quality，explore shared platform development to strengthen resource service capabilities，and advance brand building to reinforce the “culture + vocational skills” model.
