2012～2023年，惠州市经济增长质量显著提升。从生产角度看，经济总量较快增长，人均水平显著提升，产业结构逐步优化；从需求角度看，消费投资是经济增长的主要动力，政府支出引导经济增长的作用显著增强；从收入角度看，城乡居民收入、企业利润和政府收入同步增长的局面初步形成；从价格角度看，总体趋于稳定。面向未来，惠州市尽管面临传统产业转型升级压力较大、城乡发展不均衡、外贸依存度较高等挑战，但也面临新兴产业崛起、全面建设粤港澳大湾区核心城市、全面推进乡村振兴战略等机遇。因此，应聚焦产业升级和科技创新，促进城乡融合和消费升级，强化区域协作和绿色发展。
From 2012 to 2023，Huizhou has seen a remarkable improvement in the quality of economic growth. From the perspective of production，the total economic volume has grown rapidly，the per capita level has significantly increased，and the industrial structure has been gradually optimized. From the perspective of demand，consumption and investment have been the main driving forces for economic growth，and the role of government expenditure in guiding economic growth has been significantly enhanced. From the perspective of income，a situation of synchronous growth in urban and rural residents’ income，corporate profits and government revenue has initially taken shape. From the perspective of prices，the consumer price and industrial producer price have generally stabilized. Facing the future，although Huizhou is faced with major challenges such as great pressure for transformation and upgrading of traditional industries，unbalanced urban-rural development and high dependence on foreign trade，it also coincides with major opportunities such as the vigorous development of emerging industries，the comprehensive construction of a core city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy. Therefore，it should focus on industrial upgrading and technological innovation，promote urban-rural integration and consumption upgrading，and strengthen regional cooperation and green development.
