当前，海洋低空经济作为一种新兴的经济形态，逐渐成为推动区域经济增长的新引擎。青岛市凭借得天独厚的海洋资源和地理优势，致力于发展海洋低空经济，以期实现经济结构的转型升级和可持续发展。本文聚焦大数据背景下青岛市海洋低空经济的发展机理与机制，旨在探索这一新兴经济形态如何推动区域经济增长。本文通过AHP方法，识别出政策支持、技术创新、产业链协同和大数据治理等关键要素，并量化它们对海洋低空经济发展的影响程度。基于此，本文提出构建前瞻性政策体系支持与引导、强化相关技术创新和人才培养、协同推进产业协同与生态构建以及提升大数据治理与安全保障能力等发展建议。
The current ocean low altitude economy，as an emerging economic form，is gradually becoming a new engine for promoting regional economic growth. Qingdao，with its unique marine resources and geographical advantages，is committed to developing the marine low altitude economy in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of its economic structure and sustainable development. This article focuses on the mechanism and mechanism of the development of Qingdao’s marine low altitude economy under the background of big data，aiming to explore how this emerging economic form can promote regional economic growth. This article uses the AHP method to identify key elements such as policy support，technological innovation，industry collaboration，and big data governance，and quantifies their impact on the development of the marine low altitude economy. Based on this，this article proposes development suggestions such as building a forward-looking policy system，strengthening technological innovation and talent cultivation，promoting industrial synergy and ecological construction，and strengthening big data governance and security guarantees.
