近年来我国留学回国人数稳步增加，高层次人才回流趋势明显。新时代“海归潮”也加重了青年海归群体的就业压力。为更好地引导服务海归群体，本数据报告通过对其人口学基本情况、工作和生活情况等方面进行分析，全面了解群体特征、社会影响、地域分布与行业分布、价值观与政治认同等，并重点关注该群体归国后的优势与劣势，以及不同海归群体遇到的不同困难，力图系统勾勒国内青年“海归”群像。
Recent years，people returned to our home country after finishing overseas study has steadily increased. The trend of returning high-level talents is obvious. In the new era，the tide of returnees has also increased the employment pressure of young returnees. In order to better guide and serve young returned returnees，this data report provides a comprehensive understanding of this group regarding characteristics，social influences，geographical distribution and industry distribution，values and political identity，etc. through their basic demographics，work and living conditions. We focuse on strengths and weaknesses of the group after returning to China，as well as the different difficulties encountered by different returnee groups，try to systematically outline the portrait of the domestic youth “returnees”.
