With the inauguration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road（Nansha，Guangzhou）Legal Services Cluster，Nansha has gradually built a legal service system that is in line with international standards. InteLAW GBA，named as Belt and Road（Nansha，Guangzhou）Legal Services Cluster as well，is an integral part of it. InteLAW GBA has taken many measures by creating a foreign-related legal service system for enterprises going global and attracting investment in cross-border trade，including providing efficient and accurate foreign law ascertainment services，establishing a talent pool and think tanks to provide guidance for those enterprises，exploring diversified channels for resolving disputes in advanced foreign-related fields，and building a training base for foreign-related legal talents to enhance comprehensive cooperation and exchange. InteLAW GBA has also taken a step further to innovate and explore foreign-related legal services. For example，it has pioneered the early neutral evaluation system for cross-border tax uncertainties，established the country’s first cross-border e-commerce legal service platform for Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao，provided easy access to the global legal services network，and transformed cross-border dispute experience into instructive guidance before enterprises venture into global markets，effectively improving the efficiency of cross-border business operations for enterprises. To help optimize foreign-related legal services in Nansha going forward，InteLAW GBA will focus on strengthening the ecosystem of foreign-related legal services to align the Greater Bay Area with international standards，strengthening foreign law ascertainment and cooperation in diversified dispute resolution to help enterprises navigate rules and regulations of RCEP，and creating a foreign-related legal training platform to facilitate the integrated development of the Greater Bay Area.
