本报告以湖北广播电视台的对外传播创新实践为研究对象，重点梳理和分析了2023年湖北国际传播中心成立以来的实践经验与做法。研究发现：湖北国际传播中心已形成了国际传播联席工作机制、内容创新“揭榜挂帅”机制、重大项目的“融媒大脑”生产管理机制等特色工作机制。此外，通过渠道搭建、做强联盟、做精产品、文旅融合及理念创新五大发展战略，以及立足本土、主动发声、他者视角、对话青年、技术赋能五大传播策略，湖北国际传播中心不仅向国际社会呈现了一个真实丰富的湖北，更让国际社会了解到了一个全面立体的中国。
This report takes Hubei Radio and Television Station’s foreign communication innovation practice as the object of research，focusing on combing and analysing the practical experience and practices of Hubei International Communication Centre since its establishment in 2023. The study finds that the Hubei International Communication Centre has formed a joint working mechanism for international communication，a mechanism for content innovation，and a production and management mechanism for major projects，such as the “Media Brain”. In addition，through the five development strategies of channel construction，alliance strengthening，product refinement，cultural and tourism integration and conceptual innovation，as well as the five communication strategies of basing on the local community，proactive voice，other’s perspective，dialogue with the youth，and technological empowerment，the Hubei International Communication Center has not only presented a true and rich Hubei to the international community，but also allowed the international community to learn about a comprehensive and three-dimensional China.
