With the deep development of globalization，more and more Sichuan students choose to study abroad in order to obtain broader horizons and higher level educational resources. At the same time，returning from studying abroad has also become a common phenomenon. This report aims to analyze the portrait of returned overseas students and the trend of job seeking in China，for example，more and more overseas students are returning to Chengdu for employment，while high-level overseas students in Sichuan are mainly employed in the university system，etc. Combined with the policy of returning overseas students and the employment situation of international students in Sichuan Province，etc.，it also puts forward proposals to improve the relevant policy system，provide more guarantees for scientific research and entrepreneurship，and set up a system for social integration of international students returning to their home countries. It also puts forward suggestions to strengthen the retention of returned talents in Sichuan Province，and provides reference for the optimization of the policy of returning overseas students in other provinces.
