The world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century，with transformations in the world，the era，and history unfolding in unprecedented ways. The development of human civilization faces numerous problems and challenges. With changes in global，national，and provincial circumstances，the situation of Hubei overseas students has also undergone transformations. A large number of students from overseas study have returned to China. They come to Hubei to start businesses and find jobs，becoming an important force in promoting the high-quality economic and social development in Hubei. From the perspective of the development of overseas students，this paper conducts detailed research and analysis on a sample of 3000 overseas students who are working in Hubei through literature surveys，questionnaires，field visits，and other forms. It summarizes the current status and trend characteristics of overseas students working in Hubei，such as overseas educated personnel is an important target for introducing high-level talents in Hubei，and its development path in Hubei shows a diversified trend，and innovation and entrepreneurship creation is still an important choice for its development in Hubei. Through in-depth analysis of typical cases in different industry fields and age levels，we explore the significance of promoting the development of overseas Chinese students in Hubei，and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the healthy development of overseas Chinese students in Hubei in terms of building a three-dimensional service system for the development of overseas Chinese students in Hubei，and creating a service platform and carrier for the development of overseas Chinese students in Hubei in depth.
