本报告以世界银行发布的《健康城市回顾：建设助力可持续发展的健康城市》为基础，重新审视了全球城市在提升生态和居民健康上的有益实践。本报告从打造低碳城市空间、创新医疗服务方式、完善体系化协同治理和可持续融资等方面举例分析，并在此基础上为中国建设健康城市提出建议。中国健康城市应当在建设低碳空间、推进信息化医疗卫生服务建设、完善可持续的指标体系、拓宽融资渠道的基础上因地制宜建设生态环境、提升居民健康，从而形成包容、有韧性的可持续健康城市体系。
Based on the World Bank’s review report：Healthy Cities：Revisiting the Role of Cities in Promoting Health，this article re-examines the effective practices of global cities in enhancing ecological health and residents’ well-being. The analysis is conducted through three primary perspectives：the creation of low-carbon green spaces，the optimization of medical service methods，and the enhancement of systematic collaborative governance and sustainable financing. Drawing from these examples，the article proposes recommendations for the development of healthy cities in China. The construction of healthy cities in China should focus on strengthening resource recycling，innovating information-based medical and health services，improving collaborative governance and expanding financing sources. These measures aim to enhance the ecological environment and residents’ health by adapting to local conditions that foster a resilient development prospect.
