城市的发展不应以单一的经济指标为目标，现代城市的繁荣是多元、可持续的。但是，目标之间往往相互冲突，政策制定者需要在目标间进行取舍与权衡。阿姆斯特丹于2023年发布了《2024年阿姆斯特丹大都会区经济展望》，该报告利用“广义繁荣”分析框架，解决多元目标下的选择难题，报告结合阿姆斯特丹大都会区遇到的困境，介绍了大都会区的发展现状与未来方向。本报告在该报告的基础上，进一步提出了阿姆斯特丹“广义繁荣”分析框架对中国城市融合经济、生态、社会发展的借鉴意义。
The development of cities should not be aimed solely at economic indicators；modern urban prosperity is diverse and sustainable. However，these goals often conflict with each other，and policymakers must make trade-offs and weigh the different objectives. The Amsterdam Metropolitan Area Economic Platform released the “Economische Verkenningen Metropoolregio Amsterdam 2024” in 2023，which uses a broad prosperity analysis framework to introduce the current state and direction of economic development in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area，in conjunction with the challenges it faces. Based on this report，this article further discusses the implications of the Amsterdam broad prosperity analytical framework for the integrated development of economy，ecology，and society in Chinese Cities.
