当前世界形势复杂多变，约翰内斯堡面临着新的发展挑战与机遇。为了应对这些挑战与机遇，约翰内斯堡在对当前现实作出反应的同时继续专注于长期远景战略，制定了《2024/25年度综合发展计划》。这一综合发展计划以2040年发展与增长战略为基础，确定了包括加强财政可持续性、发展可持续能源结构、发展与更新基础设施、提供可持续的服务、创造就业机会、善治等11项战略重点。这些战略重点将指导约翰内斯堡未来一年的行动，是实现发展战略框架的具体路线图。通过对约翰内斯堡的综合发展计划的案例研究，可以充分了解中国城市规划的战略重点，对中国城市发展提出加强不同规划主体协同作用、制定城市国际关系规划方案和推进中国城市与全球南方城市发展规划合作等重要启示。
The current world is complex and ever-changing，and Johannesburg is facing new development challenges and opportunities. To address the pressing challenges and opportunities，while reflecting on the current reality and continuing to focus on long-term vision strategies，Johannesburg has formulated the 2024/25 Integrated Development Plan. This Indegrated development plan is based on the 2040 Growth and Development Strategy，and infrastructure development，identifies 11 strategic priorities，including financial sustainability，Energy Mix，sustainable services delivery，Job opportunity and Creation，good governance and etc. These strategic priorities will guide Johannesburg’s actions in the year ahead and serve as a concrete roadmap for achieving the longterm development strategy. Through the case study of 2024/25 Integrated Development Plan of Johannesburg，we can fully understand the strategic priorities of Chinese urban planning，and which also provide important insights for the development of Chinese cities，such as strengthening the collaborative role of different planning entities，formulating urban international agenda，and promoting cooperation between Chinese cities and global southern cities in development planning.
