In 2023，global green finance international organizations and cooperation mechanisms continued to play a pivotal role，with multilevel cooperation further deepening. The global green finance cooperation platform led by the public financial sector，the regional green finance cooperation network jointly established by the public and private sectors，and the green finance academic research network promoted by research institutions have jointly driven the in-depth development of international cooperation on green finance. In 2023，international cooperation on green finance made significant progress in addressing climate change，promoting sustainable development，and supporting transition financing. Global policy formulation and market practices further converged，providing new pathways to address key challenges in green finance development. However，current international cooperation still faces challenges such as inadequate cross-regional standard coordination，uneven distribution of technology and financial support，and limited regional spillover effects of capacity building. In the future，it is urgent to further strengthen policy alignment and standard synergy among countries，pay special attention to the financial and technological needs of climate-vulnerable regions，enhance academic research and experience sharing，and ensure that international cooperation on green finance achieves fairness and inclusivity in promoting global sustainable development.
