近年来，区域经济一体化成为世界经济发展新趋势。RCEP全面实施与中国-东盟共同市场构建在应对全球经济衰退、推动区域内经济转型升级、促进亚太区域经济一体化等方面具有重要意义，是未来世界经济最大增长极。本报告通过回顾2023年RCEP实施状况和中国-东盟共同市场建设进展，探讨了在构建中国-东盟共同市场的过程中遇到的动力和阻力。双方要进一步加强政治互信和战略合作，深化贸易自由化和投资便利化，推进区域协作和产业协同发展，同时强化中国企业“走出去”的积极作用，进一步实现互利共赢，推动区域一体化行稳致远。
In recent years，regional economic integration has become a new trend of world economic development. The comprehensive implementation of RCEP and the construction of the China-Asean Common Market are of great significance in coping with the global economic recession，promoting economic transformation，upgrading within the region，and promoting regional economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region，and will be the largest growth pole of the world economy in the future. This paper reviews the implementation status of RCEP and the progress of the construction of China-Asean common market in 2023，and discusses the driving forces and obstacles to the construction of China-Asean common market. The two sides should further strengthen political mutual trust and strategic cooperation，deepen trade liberalization and investment facilitation，promote regional coordination and coordinated industrial development，strengthen the positive role of Chinese enterprises in “going global” to further achieve mutual benefit and win-win results and promote steady and long-term regional integration.
