回顾2023年，东盟经济共同体建设虽然面临诸多困难和挑战。但是，东盟各国围绕《东盟经济共同体蓝图（2025）》的实施计划，加强内部协调，凝心聚力，持续推进东盟经济共同体建设不断取得新进展和新成就，不仅在推进经济数字化转型、经济绿色转型、区域市场一体化发展以及提高区域竞争力等方面都取得了显著的成绩，而且在助力自由贸易发展、共建“一带一路”高质量发展和中国-东盟命运共同体建设等方面也取得了显著的成就。展望2024年，东盟经济共同体建设面临的困难和挑战仍然不少，但是也面临新的机遇，东盟经济共同体建设将继续对地区经济发展、区域合作以及世界经济发展产生重要影响，仍然是推动地区经济发展、促进区域合作乃至世界经济增长的重要引擎。
Looking back at 2023，the construction of the ASEAN Economic Community faces many difficulties and challenges. However，around the implementation plan of the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint（2025），ASEAN countries have strengthened internal coordination and cohesion，and continued to promote the construction of the ASEAN Economic Community to make new progress and new achievements.
