国际经贸体制重构和法律风险加剧背景下的国际经济法新问题、新挑战及中国应对是2023年度中国国际经济法学研究的主题。在新的战略环境下，中国面临着国际经贸秩序变革所带来的风险，也迎来了参与全球经济治理的重要机遇。“一带一路”合作机制的升级、单边制裁的法律应对、世界贸易组织主要议题的谈判、数字贸易领域规则的制定、国际投资争端解决机制的改革，构成2023年中国国际经济法学研究的重要特色。在国际经贸规则体系的再均衡过程中，如何深刻把握规则走向、开展理论创新并指导相关实践，仍需中国国际经济法学界的不懈努力。
“New problems and challenges in international economic law in the context of the Restructuring of the international economic and trade system and the Intensification of legal risks and China’s response” are the themes of China’s international economic law research in 2023. Under the new strategic environment，China is faced with great risks brought about by changes in the international economic and trade order，as well as important opportunities to participate in global economic governance. The in-depth cooperation of the “Belt and Road”，the successive improvement of legal regulation of the unilateral economic sanctions and Countermeasures，the negotiation of the main issues of WTO，the formulation of rules in the field of digital trade，and the reform of the ICSID constitute important features of China’s international economic law research in 2023. How to deeply grasp the trend of international economic and trade rules，carry out theoretical innovation and guide the relevant practice still needs the unremitting efforts of international economic law community.
