In 2023，under the organization and promotion of the Chinese society of private international law and other academic organizations academic groups，Chinese scholars focused on the frontier theories of private international law and hot issues in judicial practice，and published a large number of theoretical achievements. They have put forward some viewpoints with strong theoretical and practical significance in the basic theories of conflict of law，extraterritorial application of law，sanctions and counter sanctions and blocking statutes，implementation of the Foreign Relations Law，recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments，and hot topics in international commercial arbitration. These theoretical achievements have played an important role in promoting the improvement of China’s foreign-related legal system. However，there are also some new international private law issues that require scholars to further strengthen their research.
