2023年中国国际公法学的理论贡献主要体现在以下四个方面：国际法治、涉外法治与对外关系法的理论探索，空间法的研究成为一个新的亮点，气候变化相关的国际法问题和国际能源法成为研究的热点，国际法基本理论问题的研究仍然是中国国际公法学界感兴趣的领域和关注的重点。
The Chinese theoretical contribution of international law in 2023 is mainly reflected in the following four aspects：international rule of law，foreign-related rule of law and Foreign-Relations Law have been explored theoretically，the study of space law has become a new highlight，international legal issues about climate change and international energy law have become a hot spot for research，and the study of basic theoretical issues of international law is still an area of interest and focus for Chinese scholars.
