2022～2023年乌兹别克斯坦与主要大国和国际组织的关系稳步发展，在政治互信、经贸合作与项目开展等方面卓有成效，乌兹别克斯坦的国际地位和影响力得到提升，但受到外界因素和国际环境变化的影响。乌兹别克斯坦将继续开展独立自主的外交发展之路，依然采取“多元平衡”的外交发展方向，在大国博弈和世界变局中谋求进步与发展，并且继续保持与重点国家和国际组织的长期交往与合作。
In 2022-2023，Uzbekistan’s relations with key countries and international organizations have developed steadily，with fruitful results in political mutual trust，economic and trade cooperation and project implementation，and Uzbekistan’s international status and influence have been reflected. However，it is also affected by external factors and international environmental changes. Uzbekistan will continue to carry out independent diplomatic development，still adopt the direction of “pluralistic and balanced” diplomatic development，seek progress and development in the game of great powers and world changes，and continue to maintain long-term exchanges and cooperation with key countries and international organizations.
