In 2023，the overall security situation in Uzbekistan has remained stable，having withstood such shocks as the crisis in Ukraine and the problems in Afghanistan，but there are also security risks，including water security，energy security，cyber-information security and terrorism. In order to cope with security risks，Uzbekistan is taking active steps. In international cooperation，Uzbekistan focuses on cooperation with China. Looking ahead to 2024，Uzbekistan will continue to maintain political stability，sustained socio-economic growth and balanced diplomacy.
