In recent years，Canada has been a global leader in the avea of AI ecosystem. Since 2017，the government has invested more than C$2 billion in AI in Canada. Thanks to these investments，Canada is globally recognized for its strong AI talent，research，and industry. Today，Canada’s AI sector ranks first in the world in terms of the growth rate of female AI practitioners and is also ranked first among G7 countries in terms of the annual growth rate of AI talent. Since 2019，Canada has published the most AI-related papers per capita among G7 countries. Canadian AI companies are filing patents three times faster than the average among G7 countries and attracting nearly one-thirds of Canada’s venture capital. All of these statistics show that Canada is already at the forefront of the era of digital intelligence convergence. The trend of digital intelligence convergence provides an important context and impetus for the development of entrepreneurship education in Canadian universities，while posing various challenges.
