At present，the Chinese society in Malaysia is relatively mature in society，and has a high status in politics，economy，culture and social influence. This paper mainly reviews the current situation and main characteristics of the development of Chinese society in Malaysia from the aspects of the changes in the population and occupational structure of the Chinese，the development status of Chinese education，the transformation of the functions of Chinese community organizations，the transformation of Chinese media operations，and the positive role of Chinese businessmen in promoting China-Malaysia economic and trade society.
