2024 is the third year for Beijing to having been fully implemented the first local regulations on improving international language environment. Aligning with the key tasks of building an international exchange center，Beijing focuses on optimizing the business environment and accelerating the development of inbound tourism，strengthens the construction of language landscapes，the facilitation of foreign languages in public services，and the reserve of language talent resources. Relying on digital transformation and upgrading，it enhances the platform nature and precision of language services，effectively guarantees home-ground diplomacy and major events，and promotes the construction of a multi-modal international language environment.
