当前，全球南方国家在国际事务中的影响力日益增强，成为引领全球治理体系变革的重要力量。中国一直是南南合作的积极倡导者和重要参与者，多年来以援外培训为主要渠道，向发展中国家积极分享发展经验、传授专业技术知识，取得丰硕成果。近年来，我国各地通过与国际组织合作、依托高校或研究机构、友好城市合作、设立海外培训基地等方式，呈现多元化的国际培训格局。北京应主动把握国际培训模式创新趋势，促进全球南方发展知识交流与中国式现代化经验对外传播。
Currently，the influence of the Global South countries in international affairs is increasing，becoming an important force leading the transformation of the global governance system. China has always been an active advocate and important participant in South-South cooperation. For many years，it has actively shared its development experience and imparted professional technical knowledge to developing countries through foreign aid training，achieving fruitful results. In recent years，various regions in China have presented a diversified international training pattern through cooperation with international organizations，reliance on universities or research institutions，cooperation with sister cities，and the establishment of overseas training bases. Beijing should take the innovation trend of international training mode，and promote the knowledge exchange of Global South development and the external dissemination of Chinese path to modernization experience.
