This paper focuses on promoting the high-quality development of the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. It proposes to adapt to the trends of the eastward shift of the global exhibition market，intensified competition among domestic exhibition cities，and the multi-functional and diversified development of exhibition venues. By leveraging the advantages of Beijing，such as its prominent urban influence，strong industrial foundation，proximity to an aviation hub，and excellent venue functions，efforts will be made to address issues in aspects like the quantity and quality of exhibitions，driving effects，supporting transportation，exhibition environment，and the degree of exhibition industry agglomeration. Through the implementation of five special actions，namely attracting exhibitions and conferences，strengthening and supplementing the industrial chain，coordinating exhibitions and industries，integrating exhibitions and cities，and providing service guarantees，we aim to help the New China International Exhibition Center achieve high-quality development，promote the construction of Beijing as an international communication center，and create an international exhibition industry cluster with global influence.
