近年来，党和国家空前重视公共安全问题。2019年，山东省围绕“健全公共安全体制机制”，通过出台政策法规、调整全省公共安全管理机构、建设公共安全风险防控体系、落实安全责任等方法推动公共安全服务的高质量发展。2020年，山东省应当尽快建立完善日常防控与应急管理相结合的公共安全体系，推行“政府—社会—市场—群众”联动的多元化公共安全治理，坚定不移地打牢食品安全等重点安全领域的民生基础，引入科技手段提升公共安全治理水平，弘扬新时代公共安全文化，以解决食品安全领域监管不足、网络舆论监督下政府应急处理能力不强、部分日常社会治安风险难以防控、公共安全教育相对滞后等问题。

In 2020，Shandong Province should establish and improve the public security system combining daily prevention and control with emergency management as soon as possible，implement the diversified public security governance of “government-society-market-masses” linkage，unswervingly guarantee the people’s livelihood basis in key security fields such as food safety，introduce scientific and technological means to improve the level of public security governance，and promote the public security culture of the new era. To solve the problems of insufficient supervision in the field of food safety，weak emergency response capacity of the government under the supervision of Internet public opinion，difficulties in prevention and control of some daily social security risks，and relatively lagging public safety education.
